QUT Bookshop redevelopment

Plan the relocation of an operating campus bookshop into temporary premises, redevelop its existing site, install shelving and coffee equipment, then return it to the upgraded location.

My contribution

I built a project charter covering scope, objectives, milestones, governance, stakeholders and communications. The planning brought together risk, procurement, budget, quality controls, performance measures and delivery sequencing, with attention to the constraints around keeping the bookshop operating.
