BrightWave organisational research
Investigate how rapid growth can create leadership pressure, cultural issues and burnout risk.
My contribution
I designed an evidence-based research approach that treated these issues as connected organisational questions. The proposal included research questions, a literature review, research design and ethics, drawing on organisational culture, ethical leadership and burnout concepts.

Diversity, inclusion & behaviour
Examine how individual differences and workplace conditions affect inclusion, and why diversity needs effective management to produce benefits.
My contribution
I applied organisational-behaviour thinking to tensions involving relationships, values, work-life boundaries, relocation, role clarity and conflicts of interest. The work used literature synthesis, conflict analysis and group presentation, with attention to inclusive leadership, psychological safety and collaboration.

Recognising workload and burnout risk
Explore how existing workload information could help identify rising burnout risk without introducing unnecessary employee surveillance.
My contribution
I developed a concept combining workload and project-data patterns with manager observations to support earlier human decisions. It considered Jira-data concepts, the Job Demands–Resources model, privacy and responsible use. The focus was on information that could help a manager understand the situation and decide what support was needed.

Cocoa supply chains & human rights
Understand how farmer income, cocoa economics, poverty, child labour and supply-chain actors interact.
My contribution
I mapped these relationships as a connected system and compared organisational response scenarios. The analysis considered human rights, accountability, transparency, traceability and due diligence, using Miro and causal-loop diagrams to examine relationships and possible consequences.

Stolen Wages & AI critical evaluation
Critically assess source material and AI-generated information in a sensitive public-policy and social context.
My contribution
I examined source quality, checked evidence and compared generated outputs with the material supporting them. The work focused on research integrity, ethical reasoning and the limitations of generative AI when information quality and context matter.
